What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation policy:
48-24 hours hours before appointment, 50% of the cost of service
24 hours or less before appointment, 100% the cost of service
If you are more then 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged accordingly. It is very difficult to fill your appointment time with short notice. As always, if emergencies arise, I do my best to work with you.
Please do not come to your appointment sick or if anyone in your household is sick (cold, flu, sniffles, cough, sneezing, COVID19 etc.). My daughter has lung disease due to prematurity and has fragile lungs. If you come to your appointment with symptoms you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and charged accordingly.
